Become a St. Mary Magdalen Auction Sponsor!

The auction is the school's largest fundraiser, and your sponsorship contribution helps to underwrite the event costs allowing more of the auction proceeds to directly support the school and our commitment to educational excellence. Sponsoring the auction provides your company visibility within our school community as well as our broader SMM Parish community. Your company will be featured at the event itself, in our auction catalog, our public banners outside the school and in our online community (school website, auction website, weekly emails, social media).

The following sponsorship levels can be purchased by completing the form below. Choose your favorite level!

Platinum Sponsor $5,000

• Digital slide show and verbal recognition by the auctioneer during the live auction

Gold Sponsor $2,500

• 4 tickets for yourself and your guests
• Full page, color advertisement in the auction catalog
• Slide show and verbal recognition by the auctioneer during the live auction
• Company name and logo on all auction night signage
• Company name and/or logo displayed on electronic media, including the online bidding site, auction website, weekly auction emails and NewsViews, and social media

Emerald Sponsor $1,500

• Half page color advertisement in the auction catalog
• Company name and logo prominently displayed on the item you choose to sponsor: Dessert Dash, Wine Wall, Whiskey Wall, Bid Card, Photo Booth 
• Slide show and verbal recognition by the auctioneer during the live auction
• Company name and logo name on all auction night signage
• Company name and/or logo displayed on electronic media, including the online bidding site, auction website, weekly auction emails and NewsViews, and social media

Table Sponsor - $1,000

• 8 tickets for yourself and your guests - or you may sponsor a table to staff
• Half page advertisement in the auction catalog
• Slide show recognition during the live auction
• Company name and logo displayed on table centerpiece
• Company name/logo displayed on electronic media including the online bidding site, auction website, weekly auction emails, and social media

Shamrock Sponsor $500

• Quarter page advertisement in the auction catalog

• Company name/logo displayed on electronic media including the online bidding site, auction website, weekly auction emails and NewsViews, and social media  

 Teacher Sponsor $100

• 1 seat for a teacher or staff member
• Your name listed in auction catalog
